My NFL Week 10 DraftKings DFS Pick'em Team only pulls players from the early NFL games. Those are the games that kick-off at 1:00 pm ET. Check it out!
T1 – Leonard Fournette, RB, Jacksonville vs L.A. Chargers
Le'Veon Bell, Antonio Brown, and LeSean McCoy are the other 3 choices. Bell could, obviously, have a huge game versus the Indianapolis Colts. I'm not sure about Antonio. McCoy faces a New Orleans' defense that yielded only 84 rushing yards in NFL Week 9. I like Fournette. I know the Jaguars' offense is built around Fournette rushing the football while the Chargers' D yields 4.7 yards per carry.
T2 – A.J. Green, WR, Cincinnati at Tennessee
The other choices in Tier 2 are New Orleans' running backs Alvin Kamara, Mark Ingram, and L.A. Chargers running back Melvin Gordon. Gordon is a definite possibility. The Jaguars' D ranks 27th versus opposing running backs. The Jags did hold Cincy's running backs to only 29 rushing yards in Week 9. I like Green's matchup versus an overrated Tennessee secondary that has been successful versus Baltimore, Cleveland, Indianapolis, and Miami in their last 4 games.
T3 – Jordan Howard, RB, Chicago vs Green Bay
WR Mike Evans is out. WR Michael Thomas is listed as questionable. Jerrick McKinnon could have a decent game while Golden Tate faces an underrated Cleveland defense. I think Howard plays huge versus a Green Bay D that's decent versus the rush, but not great. Howard could have a sweet game. He'll definitely get the touches.
T4 – Josh McCown, QB, New York Jets at Tampa Bay
There's a case that can be made for quarterbacks Big Ben Roethlisberger, the incomparable Drew Brees, Matthew Stafford, and maybe even Buffalo QB Tyrod Taylor. I'm rolling the dice with Josh McCown. He faces the 27th ranked defense in the NFL versus opposing quarterbacks. That alone makes Josh a nice play at Tier 4. Also, and this is something I love, the Jets are 6-0-1 against the spread in their last 7 games while losing 3 of the last 7. That means McCown has kept J-E-T-S in the game versus tougher opponents.
T5 – Andy Dalton, QB, Cincinnati at Tennessee
Quarterbacks Marcus Mariota, Jacoby Brissett, and Kirk Cousins all face defenses ranked in the Top 10 versus opposing QBs. Jacksonville's Blake Bortles faces the 15th ranked defense versus the pass in the L.A. Chargers. However, Jacksonville has one of the best rushing attacks in the game. Cincinnati's rushing attack is garbage. Dalton's the play.
T6 – JuJu Smith-Schuster, WR, Pittsburgh at Indianapolis
The Colts' pass defense ranks 26th in the NFL. There's no way Indianapolis can't double-cover WR Antonio Brown. That should offer JuJu plenty of opportunities that he can use to take it to the house. Big Ben targeted Smith-Schuster 10 times in NFL Week 8, the Steelers' game before their bye in Week 9. JuJu caught 9 of the 10 targets.
T7 – Robby Anderson, WR, New York Jets at Tampa Bay
RB Chris Thompson, WR Ted Ginn Jr., WR Jordy Nelson, and TE Jack Doyle, all face Top 10 defenses. WR DeSean Jackson faces the 23rd ranked defense, the Jets' D, versus his position. But, DeSean has QB Ryan Fitzpatrick throwing footballs to him this Sunday.
WR Robbie Anderson has become Josh McCown's favorite target in New York. McCown and Anderson face the 30th ranked pass defense in the NFL.
T8 – Delanie Walker, TE, Tennessee vs Cincinnati
I have no faith in any of the other Tier 8 players listed. I do feel that Walker suits up on Sunday. If he does, he has a decent chance of taking apart a Cincinnati defense that ranks 22nd versus opposing tight-end. Walker remains QB Marcus Mariota's favorite target.
