NBA Wednesday, Nov. 22, DraftKings Team

November 22, 2017 By D.S. Williamson Leave a Comment

I put together an NBA DraftKings Classic Team for Wednesday, Nov. 22. Check it out!

PG – Eric Bledsoe, $6,500, Milwaukee at Phoenix – Bledsoe has become more and more comfortable with his starting role as Milwaukee's point-guard. He used to play for Phoenix. There's no doubt Bledsoe's going to want to show up his former team. He's averaging 28.3 fantasy points per. In the Bucks' last, Bledsoe scored 35.8 fantasy points.

SG – Chris Paul, $7,500, Houston vs Denver – CP3 is averaging 36 fantasy points per game. The Denver Nuggets rank 28th versus Paul's position. I'm looking for a 15 points, 12 assists night from Chris Paul. He could grab 6 or 7 rebounds as well.

SF – Carmelo Anthony, $6,700, Oklahoma City vs Golden State – I debated on putting Paul George onto my Wednesday team. At the end, I decided to go with Melo because he's got the better matchup. The Oklahoma City Thunder rank 27th versus Melo's position. OKC's going to need Melo to light it up if they wish to keep pace with the Warriors on Wednesday night.

PF – T.J. Warren, $6,600, Phoenix vs Milwaukee – Warren averages 30.8 points per. That doesn't do him justice, though. In Phoenix's last game, Warren scored 43.3 fantasy points. Milwaukee ranks 16th versus Warren's position. He could have a decent game on Nov. 22.

C – Brook Lopez, $5,700, L.A. Lakers at Sacramento  – Lopez averages over 28 fantasy points per game.  That's not bad for a $5,700 player. What I really like is that Lopez faces a team without a true starting center. Sacramento could be in some trouble if the Lakers commit to getting Lopez involved.

G – Devin Booker, $7,700, Phoenix vs Milwaukee – Booker's become one of the best guards in the NBA. There are moments when he doesn't score enough fantasy points to justify his salary. For example, in Phoenix's last game, Devin only scored 28.3 fantasy points.

He should be much better than that versus Milwaukee. The Suns always lean on Booker. He's going to want to show Suns' fans that trading Bledsoe was the right move. Pride is on the line when the Suns and Bucks throw down on Wednesday night.

F – David West, $3,500, Golden State at Oklahoma City – If West gets enough run, he could score 20 to 26 fantasy points. He'll need to be on the floor to do that. There's no guarantee that happens. For a $3,500 salary, I'm not doing much more than crossing my fingers.

UTIL – Ricky Rubio, $5,800, Utah vs Chicago – The Bulls play the L.A. Lakers at the Staples Center on Tuesday night. Because of that, it makes sense to add Rubio to the team for less than $6,000. Hopefully, he'll find his shooting touch soon. If he does, he'll offer great value as Utah's undisputed point-guard.
