I've put together an NFL Week 12 DraftKings Early Sunday Pick'em Team. My pick'em team includes players from the following 7 games: Tampa Bay at Atlanta, Cleveland at Cincinnati, Tennessee at Indianapolis, Buffalo at Kansas City, Miami at New England, Carolina at the New York Jets and Chicago at Philadelphia.
Check it out!
T1 – Kareem Hunt, RB, Kansas City vs Buffalo
Hunt should dominate the 31st ranked defense against his position. Hunt faced a decent New York Giants' defense in Week 10. Truth be told, the entire Kansas City offense didn't have it together versus the Giants. That's why the Giants upset KC 12 to 9.
Buffalo's defense gave up 146 rushing yards to the L.A. Chargers in Week 11. Hunt should have a nice breakout game on Sunday. He's due.
T2 – Tevin Coleman, RB, Atlanta vs Tampa Bay
Atlanta running back Devonta Freeman is still in concussion protocol. Tevin Coleman has played well in recent Atlanta games. He should not only get the bulk of the carries, but he should also figure prominently in the passing attack. I like Coleman at Tier 2.
T3 – Rob Gronkowski, TE, New England vs Miami
For the Patriots to beat any team, Tom Brady must throw the football. Rob Gronkowski might be 1 of 3 targets that Brady is comfortable with on Sunday. The other 2 are wide receivers Brandin Cooks and Danny Amendola. Amendola should get the start over Philip Dorsett. WR Chris Hogan is hurt.
Gronk's going to garner the most targets from Terrific Tom. It's almost guaranteed. What's also guaranteed is that Miami has no answer for New England's passing attack on Nov. 26.
T4 – Tyreek Hill, WR, Kansas City vs Buffalo
I expect all Kansas City skill players to get the job done versus the Buffalo Bills. Buffalo's defense is reeling. It's going to be very difficult for Buffalo to keep KC from scoring TDs at will. Tyreek Hill should have a great game versus a Buffalo secondary that isn't close to playing the way it should. I think Hill, like Hunt, provides a monster performance on Sunday.
T5 – Alex Smith, QB, Kansas City vs Buffalo
Smith is due for a big game. The Kansas City Chiefs' quarterback hasn't played well lately. I'm not exactly sure why. Facing Buffalo's defense should help Smith get it back together. If he doesn't, KC's going to have much bigger problems than fantasy football stats.
I must admit that Smith facing Buffalo's defense isn't the real reason I added him to my pick'em team. The real reason I added him is because the other choices are: Marcus Mariota, Andy Dalton, Matt Ryan, and Cam Newton. Cam is banged up. Mariota and Dalton are too inconsistent. Ryan's also inconsistent.
T6 – Danny Amendola, WR, New England vs Miami
Amendola should receive the second most targets from Terrific Tom on Sunday. Gronk will receive the most targets. Amendola will receive the second most targets. Danny is banged up. Hopefully, that won't affect how he performs.
T7 – Delanie Walker, TE, Tennessee at Indianapolis
Walker is finally healthy. Expect Mariota to go to Walker all day in the Titans battle versus the Indianapolis Colts. Walker is Mariota's security blanket while rookie WR Corey Davis hasn't gotten enough reps to be a factor for Tennessee.
T8 – Corey Coleman, WR, Cleveland at Cincinnati
Coleman is Cleveland's best skill player. Coach Hue Jackson became giddy when Coleman was healthy enough to play in Week 11. Facing the best pass defense in the NFL in Week 11, no defense defends the pass better than the Jacksonville Jaguars, Coleman caught 6 of 11 targets for 80 yards. That's not bad at all.
The second-year wide receiver could surprise Cincinnati's defense. Expect Jackson to have Coleman involved from the outset in Week 12.
